Having a career coach does not mean getting all the answers. Most often career coaches guide you in a direction you were already going, giving you tools and support along the way.
Coaches are helpful at dissecting and probing language and characteristics you haven’t been able to articulate yourself, and help you package that into a behavior change that pushes you over barriers and provides a springboard to the next step.
My coaching is focused around career-specific goals, including job search, job advancements and satisfaction. It’s all-inclusive – meaning that one part of your life effects the other – and it’s essential for growth to include conversations about it all.
